Eni: admission to trading of Eni S.p.A. EUR 400,000,000 equity-linked bonds due 2022

Eni S.p.A. announces that the €400 million equitylinked bonds due 2022, issued and settled on 13 April 2016, have been admitted to trading on the multilateral trading system of Borsa Italiana S.p.A denominated “ExtraMOT Professional Segment”. The first trading day is 27 May 2016.
