Capsicum Re to serve as reinsurance broker for the IMAGIN mortgage pilot program

Capsicum Re, the specialist reinsurance broker, today confirms its role as reinsurance broker working with the Arch Capital Group Ltd.’s (NASDAQ:ACGL) new Washington D.C. based subsidiary, Arch MRT, on the new mortgage credit risk transfer program, ‘IMAGIN’ (Integrated Mortgage Insurance).

Working in conjunction with Arch, Capsicum Re’s mortgage indemnity division, led by Steven Rance, has assembled the panel of highly rated (re)insurers that will assume 100% of the risk from Arch MRT.
