Isabelle Parthonnaud joins Korian as Group Human Resources Director

On May 11th 2015, Isabelle Parthonnaud has joined Korian as Group Human Resources Director and is part of the Group’s Executive Committee.
As part of Korian’s executive management team, Isabelle Parthonnaud will be responsible for defining the Group’s global HR strategy and ensuring its roll out in the different countries where the group is based.
Her role will also consist in coordinating and developing HR cross-borders programs. Therefore, she will work in coordination with the Human Resources Director of each country.
She will be a member of the Group’s Executive Committee.
With a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from IGS (Institute for Social Management), Isabelle PARTHONNAUD began her career working for Carnaud Metalbox Group as Assistant to the Director of Human Resources and Training and Communications Manager.
After having worked for Danzas France as Human Resources Manager and Manager in charge of Training, Communication and Career Management, Isabelle wanted to join the hotel sector and joined ACCOR Group in 2001.
Thanks to her experience, she held different positions, such as Director of Human Resources France Etap/hotel F1, before becoming Global Director of Human Resources for several brands of the group such as, MGallery, Mercure and Novotel.
About this new professional challenge, Isabelle Parthonnaud says: «I decided to join Korian because, as a human resources director, I wanted to be part of a European company operating in a sector with a strong human dimension, and a very important innovation and growth potential. I will leverage my experience to develop and coordinate transversal HR projects and to contribute to the professional development of Korian employees, in order to achieve the Group’s objectives as the European leader in Ageing Well».
