OverProfit Ltd, formed in London in 2012, after three years of studies and tests of the algorithm MoMoSy, with the mission to develop software applications for financial analysis.
In 2012, we signed a contract with Bloomberg who, after analyzing the algorithm MoMoSy and the curve of resistance identified, has commissioned the creation of the app OverProfit to insert it into the App Portal Bloomberg. After two years of development and testing, in 2014, completed the development of OverProfit, the app was launched on the App Portal Bloomberg. In April of 2015, OverProfit is launched also on Web.
The price of the user license of OverProfit is 300 USD per month, payment is automatically renewable.

What is your target?
We appeal to all those who are trading on stocks; this is a large audience because we speak both Institutional customers, such as Banks, Asset management companies, SICAV, Sim, Managers, and to a Retail customers, the end user, who does self trading but also those who make trading courses.

No, OverProfit is unique because it works in opposite way compered of which are on the market, unlike several products on the market that they tend to advise several daily transactions or in a short period generate transaction costs that go to reduce or eliminate any gains.

How does this tool works? How can identify listed companies that have the greatest opportunities for growth and that have a low economic risk level?
Adopted also on the Bloomberg Professional Platform, through its proprietary algorithm that processes Sector’s Studies and macroeconomic datas determines scientifically the resistance’s line of the ability to produce net profit for the number of employees within a specific Sector and Country. By assigning a Score to each company determines its position and if a share is able to cross the Resistance’s line is determined scientifically entrance in Golden Area, ie that area which marks the beginning of the strong growth in the stock market.

For example, Credit Suisse: MoMoSy’s Chart shows that Score to 90, 180 days entered in the Golden Area. The Golden Area is the area in which a company’s ability to produce net profit per employee is much higher than their competitors in the same Sector and Country.

The MMS (MoMoSy Avarage) 90, 180, 360 days are averages based on fundamental data: analyzing data, allow you to understand when a company has a capacity to produce net profit/number of employees more than another.
