Recruitment of Mr Briac Pinault within CORVM’s Sector Team

Corvm Capital’s investment team is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Briac Pinault to its Sector Team and Advisory Board. Corum Capital Partners, which established its headquarters in Europe with an office in Paris and a presence in the USA with a secondary office in New York, has been seeking to expand further its Advisory board with high level senior profiles such as Mr Pinault. Mr. Pinault joined Corvm Capital Partners as a Senior Advisor Fashion Retail, member of the Supervisory Board and Board Member for Corvm Capital in Europe.

With over 25 years of operations experience, Mr. Pinault is particularly focusing on the WW Fashion Retail market, advising on the strategy and the firm’s corporate development more particularly for this sector, as well as managing capital commitments on this specific sector within the firm’s private wealth equity group. Prior to joining Corvm Capital, Mr. Pinault was previously CEO of Maje (SMCP Group, 510m€ Revs.) Previously non-executive Director of Punto Roma (160m€ Revs.) and Managing Director World for Armani Collezioni, Giorgio Armani SpA group (2 Bn€ Revs.). Mr Pinault has also formerly spent 12 years with Hugo Boss (2.5 Bn€ Revs.) where he held several management positions and served as Member of the Executive Committee.

Mr Pinault is a graduate of Centrale Lyon as a Telecommunication Engineer and postgraduate of HEC Paris (MBA). He currently serves as Advisor and/or Non-Executive Director for numerous premium fashion brands such as American Vintage, Bimba y Lola, Essentiel Antwerp, Iro, Patrizia Pepe, Pinko, Tog/Philippe Starck.
