Savills Investment Management strengthens its management team with number of new appointments

Savills Investment Management, the international real estate investment manager, has announced a number of appointments to its senior management team reflecting the continued global expansion of the business.

The firm has announced the appointment of two regional CEOs to lead the company’s expansion in Europe and Asia Pacific. James Bury will become CEO for Europe and Michael Flynn will take on the role of CEO in Asia Pacific. Both James and Michael will report into Justin O’Connor, Global CEO for Savills IM.

Savills IM has also announced the appointment of Thomas Guetle and Axel Kraus as co-heads of its much expanded German business, following the acquisition of SEB Asset Management in 2015.

Carolina von Groddeck will become Head of Transactions in Europe and Gerhard Lehner has been promoted to Head of Fund Management in Europe.
