Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi assistes K-Way SpA in the purchase of 100% of the share capital of K-Way France

K-Way S.p.A. finalized the purchase of the entire share capital of K-Way France SAS, the K-Way® brand licensee company in France, operating in the country through a network of mono-brand, direct and franchising stores, alongside a distribution network of selected multi-brand stores.

The acquisition will allow the Group to further consolidate the growth of the K-Way® brand in one of its main markets and also the country where the brand was created in the mid-1960’s.

In the transaction, the buyer (K-Way S.p.A.) was assisted by Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi law firm, with its Partners Carlo Pavesio and Carlo Peyron, in collaboration with the Paris law firm Sekri Valentin Zerrouk, with its Partner Franck Sekri and its Associates Céline Raynal and Antoine Moulin.

The seller (Are & Why SAS) was assisted by the Paris law firm FTPA, with its Partner Antoine Gautier-Sauvagnac, its Counsel François-Xavier Beauvisage and its Associate Agathe Laporte.
