Standard & Poor’s riduce rating
Saipem informa che l’agenzia di rating Standard & Poor’s ha ridotto il rating a lungo termine di Saipem, portandolo a ‘BB+’ con outlook negativo dal precedente ‘BBB-’ con outlook stabile, e rimuovendolo dal “CreditWatch negative”.
Standard & Poor’s e Moody’s avevano comunicato, rispettivamente il 4 e il 10 febbraio 2016, di aver posto il credit rating di Saipem sotto osservazione per possibile downgrade.
