Moody’s aggiorna i rating
Si informa che, nella serata di ieri , Moody’s Investor Service ha risolto la review per upgrade in cui aveva posto i rating del nostro Gruppo il 13 aprile scorso, alzando il rating di lungo termine sui depositi da “Ba2” a “Ba1” (con Outlook Stabile), il rating di lungo termine sul debito senior da “Ba3” a “Ba2” (con Outlook Negativo) e il rating Baseline Credit Assessment da “b2” a “b1”.
Questa azione sui rating del Banco Popolare è avvenuta a seguito dell’approvazione , in data 15 ottobre, del Progetto di Fusione tra Banco Popolare e di Banca Popolare di Milano da parte delle Assemblee Straordinarie dei Soci delle due banche.
