Falck Renewables e Eni US completano l’acquisizione di un progetto solare da 30 mw in Virginia

Falck Renewables North America, Inc. e Eni New Energy US, Inc., attraverso Novis Renewables Holdings, LLC (Novis) – società partecipata rispettivamente al 51% e 49% –, hanno completato l’acquisizione, da Savion, LLC (Savion), del progetto solare “ready to build” Westmoreland da 30 MW situato nel Westmoreland County, Virginia (US).

Il valore totale dell’investimento è di circa 35 milioni di dollari. La firma dell’accordo è stata annunciata in data 17 novembre 2020.
