CBRE: Andrea Calzavacca, Head of Loan Advisory, assume anche il ruolo di Head of Alternative Investments Italy

CBRE, leader al mondo nella consulenza immobiliare, ha nominato Andrea Calzavacca Head of Alternative Investments Italy.

Col supporto del team che guida, Andrea si occuperà dell’espansione di tutte le attività di Alternative Investments e dell’analisi di nuove opportunità in ogni sottomercato (Data Center, Infrastrutture di Telecomunicazione, Parking Facilities etc.), collaborerà con Martina Muehlhofer, Head of Capital Advisors, nelle operazioni legate agli investimenti nel segmento Healthcare e affiancherà Andrea Mancini, Head of Residential Investment Properties, nello sviluppo di nuove fasce di mercato legate al Senior Living.

Andrea, in CBRE dal 2015, continuerà a riportare a Silvia Gandellini e a gestire anche le attività di Loan Advisory, di cui è responsabile da 4 anni.
