STACK EMEA finanzia un terzo data center a Milano con Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (Natixis CIB) e STACK EMEA, una controllata di STACK Infrastructure (“STACK”), annunciano il finanziamento di un nuovo data center a Siziano, a sud di Milano, per il quale Natixis CIB ha agito come Sole Structuring Lead Arranger, Underwriter, Bookrunner e Agent.

Il nuovo edificio sarà situato nel campus di STACK EMEA, anch’esso finanziato con Natixis CIB nel dicembre 2020, e sarà perfettamente collegato a MIX, il più grande punto di scambio Internet in Italia. Il data center sarà alimentato al 100% da energie rinnovabili e porterà il campus milanese di STACK EMEA a un totale di 50 MW di capacità.

Il pacchetto di finanziamento comprende un upfront facility, un capex facility e un VAT facility, tutti sottoscritti al 100% da Natixis CIB. STACK EMEA gestirà il nuovo data center in autonomia.

Natixis CIB è stata assistita dai legali di Ashurst e STACK EMEA da Giliberti Triscornia e Associati e da Skadden.
