A seguito della comunicazione del 20 dicembre 2019 inerente la firma dell’accordo per l’acquisizione del 100% del distributore francese Baron Philippe de Rothschild France Distribution S.A.S., Campari Group annuncia oggi il perfezionamento dell’accordo, dopo avere ottenuto il parere favorevole dell’autorità antitrust. La denominazione della società acquista cambierà in ‘Campari France Distribution S.A.S.’.
L’operazione è stata perfezionata secondo i termini dell’accordo, come precedentemente comunicato.
