Mette Johansson: the latest book – GWPR Narratives: the stories that hold women back at work

10th January 13.00hrs GMT
Our first Inside Stories with award winning author, speaker and consultant – Mette Johansson

Mette will reveal highlights from her latest book – Narratives – the stories that hold women back at work.

Every organisation has stories about women in the workplace that live on through constant retelling: ‘Women are too emotional’; ‘Women are not interested in a career’; and ‘We are hiring the best person for the job, regardless of gender’. We need to dispel these myths that undermine women and are keeping them on a lesser footing.

Presented in a highly entertaining way, Mette Johansson will challenge us to take a different perspective in the gender equity debate. In addition she will provide arguments and skills to shatter these workplace gender myths to inspire inclusion.

Anna Geffert – founder and MD of Hera Communication Strategies and a member of the GWPR International board – will be chairing and moderating the discussions following Mette’s keynote speech .
